    Good afternoon CC'ers - I'm just checking in... Day 12 of Re-Induction 1/2 way done and I'm doing well.

    People from work got a carry out from the Coney Island. Had the Chicken Breast Dinner for lunch. Comes with: 2 Chicken Breasts, Side Dish (which I chose green beans), Soup, Salad, Bread, and Rice Pudding.

    I ate the chicken and the green beans. I drank only the broth in the soup (that's ok right?)

    I saved the salad for later and the rice pudding and the pita bread I'm taking home for my husband. All that for $9...and it tastes awesome!

    Hope everyone else is doing well...

      Yesterday, I stopped to get some chicken on my way home and they didn't give me a choice of sides. I said I didn't really want the potatos and gravy nor did I want the buscuit. The girl looked at me funny and I said "Just leave it in there, it will be a good treat" Then I got home and gave them to my dog. She was in HEAVEN!

        morning everyone..

        poor Liz...at least they were lowcarb....maybe they won't even stall you if you stay on track the rest of the week...

        sorry to hear about the crummy weather...it's been nice here in San Diego, a little overcast today....but mostly nice...it's great weather for exercise.

            Sandy and Sherri, yes I stayed home. I had a lot of thinking to do today. I just didn't feel like being bothered at work. I work in Quality Assurance and am asked questions all day long. I like my job but sometimes I want to run away and hide. Sandy, my foot is on the mend. I'm walking better and grateful that I didn't set myself back for months. I'm going to start with a one mile walk this weekend to see how it does and go from there.

            Roger, is there any way to retrieve deleted messages (ask one of the moderators). BTW, you're doing an excellent job with your weight loss!! (Oh, you must be getting what we just got. They predicted 1-2 inches of snow but we got 8 inches and then it sleeted/rained on top of that.).

              Thanks Cat, glad to hear your foot is getting better. You are doing great. It was sent to my home email, but that is a good thought, b/c it orginated from ADBB. I just don't want to blow any one off.

              Thanks for all the good thoughts regarding the weather today, what a pain in the butt, but it's over For the day anyone. Tim, any time you can send good weather my way that would be great.

                Hi folks just checkin in i've been slackin on the check ins

                Thumper remember just get right back on and forget about that day and move forward everyone has slip ups every once in a while with time they will get less frequent and dissapear with the weight and health problems
