We just got home from the Daytona 500...wow what a day, we had soooo much fun, and Im proud to report we had a cheat free day...it wasnt easy. We were very tempted with all the carnival type food they had at the track but both my husband and I decided that we would rather be thin than eat any of the food there. The smell of all the food made it very hard! We tailgaited b4 the race....and cooked out hamburgers and hotdogs (no buns of course)...then took some beef jerkey in with us. We were really proud that we were able to resist temptation. (:
hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was horrible. My boyfriend was spending his last weekend here before he moves for his job. It was an emotional weekend for us. And I ate stuff i shouldnt have. I felt like total crap afterwards and was throwing up and had the most unbelievable stomache ache in my life. So glad im jumping right back in and on track. Its not worth it. ughh.
I have probably 150 pounds I need to lose. I started working out, so the scale has not been kind and I don't have anyone to measure me...but I'm still here. I'm just going to bring my tape measure to work and ask one of my co-workers to measure me every Friday.
