100%, no cheats, still going strong but losing momentum on recipes. heheh anyway I have lost a bit today and am currently 231.4 ooooooo I think ill hit next mini goal by the end of the month. I looked at my graph and apparently I was in a stall for the month of February soooo HERE's to March.

Im here still 307 but here and dragging my booty, I hope my weight goes down this week. Keep your fingers crossed for meI really want to make my spring goal and my goal of losing 50 pounds by June. When I have to get on a plane.

Happy Sunday to all of you! It's laundry day for me. Tomorrow I'm getting back into my walking routine. I've got some trails I want to hike this spring. Some mountains to climb this summer.

Morning everyone, messy and rainy here today but I am definitely going to the gym. I was 200.4 this morning and I want in that onderland before March 1! I am hoping everyone has a great day today!

I want to tell you cold weather guys something funny my brother said. I asked him once (when he was telling me about the snow and cold) why he moved to Illinois. We are from Mississippi and it just didn't get that cold. Well he told me that Illinois wasn't so bad but he wanted to know why the h@ll he ever moved to Minnesota. He said the guys told him "Aw, it really isn't so cold here" and he said he woke up the next morning after getting there and the temp was 35 below zero and the wind wasnt even blowing yet. He said "I still can't figure that out that move."

Checking in for the first time in almost a week. I had the flu really bad all last week and am finally feeling better. I will be officially restarting induction tomorrow.
