    I don't need no stinkin' scale 'cause....

    I can put my jeans on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    When I re-started Atkins in January I had no jeans in my closet that fit me. I tried on a pair the day I began induction and they would not even go over my bg ole butt. Well... I put those jeans on today. They went over my butt AND I could button them even!!! Gotta tell ya.. I felt so dang proud walking around in that beat up old faded pair of jeans today.

    I am really doing this! I am really going to succeed this time! What a wonderful feeling that is to know in my heart that I am on the right path and that this time the weightloss is for keeps....

    yay!! Congrats! It always feels so good to get them old pants on. Keep up the good work! Before u know it youll have to buy some new ones cuz them will be too big

          That's just the greatest feeling!

          I had a similar experience. We had a funeral to attend and I didn't think I would be able to wear my good clothes in the back of the closet, but they fit again!!!

            Way to go Snap!! I am on the same High today!! For like the last 2 years I have been limited to sweats and velour jogging suits..and now I am slowly but surely pulling out them fancy panst :,)

              Isn't it the greatest feeling? I have a whole thread dedictated to a pair of jeans I am tryingn to get into!

                What I know:
                1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
