Wow, it's afternoon already? I just got up and it's 1:30 pm here...school was canceled today due to a massive ice storm, so since I work at an afterschool program..work was canceled too...I still can't believe I slept that long...now I have to play catch up..Have a great day everyone!
I'm here. Had a weird bout of insomnia last night so I stayed up late and slept in. Stress is creeping into my life but I'm not going to let it affect the healthy path I am on! I need to get in a walking workout today so I'm either gonna drive to the bank and go on treadmill or since it's such a nice day just walk to the bank and back which is a 5 mile walk total. It would be killing two birds with one stone and get me outside. I've got to make my decision here soon. Hope everyone has a great low carb Wednesday!!!

I just got home from work, I work as a nanny. Taking my muscle blast class tonight again at the gym. Be my third time going since last wed. I can already feel it working!! I love it. Have a great afternoon everyone!
Hey CC'ers... checking in a little late today. I went to work today then came home and crashed. I am feeling awful... running a fever, sore throat, and just overall nauseous. I hate that I missed the gym today but I just couldn't get up the energy to go. Eating is on track though.

I'm sorry you feel bad Liz! I had an appointment this morning and it just tired me out. I don't have a lot of energy today. I am trying to get some studying done for my histology practical.
