    Good morning Ccers
    How was your weekend? (besides too short)
    I ran into my first skunk last night----a real harbinger of Spring!!
    Now if the weather would just cooperate.....





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

    Good morning Chick, It was a nice weekend, didn't really do anything for a change.
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

        Good Morning Gang! HAPPY MONDAY!

        Off to work this morning and hopefully can get a drs appt. for today. As soon as I let up on the Advil my throat went back to throbbing. I might need some antibiotics. I'll be hitting the gym tonight for Kick and Power classes. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

                Good Morning, long weekend I worked 21 hours out of 30 so ysterday I just layed around once I got home. Hope everyone has a great week!

                  Good morning everyone! Liz, do take it easy. Sorry you aren't feeling well.

                  Had a stressful weekend. Some friends are having issues. Anyway, did what we could to help, stayed on plan, walked an hour and a half yesterday and went to the YMCA to sweat in the sauna. Lost a pound over the weekend. Now down 22 pounds GONE FOREVER! Little disappointed not more weight is coming off. I'll be hitting the Y every night this week to walk and use the sauna.

                    Chick, how much snow do you have on the ground? Just curious. Did you hit the skunk? or just cross paths?
                    Ready, you're sure putting in the long hours. You deserved a break yesterday.
                    Maxine, Great for you getting to the Y. I wish ours was closer. It's 50 miles away.
                    Liz, Hope you get to feeling better soon doll.

                    I had a productive weekend. I got a few things done anyway. I'm considering heading up a new Challenge. If I do it, it will run from March 16 to April 16. I'll give more details once I get an okay for it. I'll keep you posted.

                      Good afternoon everyone! I'm back at work today. We got quite a bit of snow Friday, but it melted off Sat. & Sun. and it's up to 50° today and supposed to be warmer tomorrow. It's about time! Have a great week.

                        LOL Sherri, no we just, thankfully, crossed paths No snow on the ground. We had a doozy of a rain storm the other day that washed it all away. Now it's in the 30s and everything is frozen. brrrrrr

                            Maxine, 22 lbs since the first of the year is awesome, nothing to be disappointed about there...your doing great...I think the whooshie fairy will be visiting you very soon!
