        GOOD MORNING CC'ERS!

        Rise and shine! Wishing everyone a great Low Carb Day! It's raining here today. I'm headed down the mountain for fresh produce and dairy.
        Can you believe the prices of groceries? I want to find the laying hen with the golden egg. Those eggs are getting expensive. Chick's gonna make some big bucks saling eggs. Makes me want to buy some laying hens just to have fresh eggs.

                Hi Everyone. I'm up, caught a few zzzz's. I was able to get off work tonight so now I am off for SIX whole days!!!! I am coming on and reading a lot, trying to get this butt in the motivated and STAY motivated phase. Welcome Pink! Good luck to ya. Never too late for roll call.

                  Hi Everyone,

                  This is my first Century Club Post. I'm so excited, I can't wait to share my results. I'm recovering from a sinus infection & induction flu, but I'm still hopeful and doing well. Bye for now!!!

                    Checking in. I am always late on Tues and Thurs due to early class. I got my swimming in but I feel like taking a nap. lol

                      I know I'm late checking in. I had one long, continuous meeting from 9:00 am to 3:45 pm. I'm so worn out!!! I think I'll stay home tomorrow. I need some "me" time.

                        What I know:
                        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                            Welcome Pink and Kelly... so glad you joined us!

                            I'm a bit late checking in today. I got home from work at 6:00 and crashed. It was a long and tiring day. I just woke up at 10:00! OMG...I can't believe I slept that long!

                            Well the good news is I didn't eat anything I wasn't supposed to today. But on the other hand, I missed my lunch today because I had one of my students slip and bust their bottom lip on the window seal. I walked over to find a large amount of blood! His parents took him to the ER to see if he needed stitches. Poor thing. By the time I tended to him, cleaned up all the blood, called his mom, and was finally able to go to lunch, the cafeteria had already quit serving and I had no back up plan. Unfortunately I had skipped breakfast that morning too so I went until 5:00 with nothing to eat! My head was pounding by 3:00! I had dinner but it's still pounding. I hope it feels better in the morning.
