  • CC Roll TGIF 3/14/2008

    Yeah it's Friday. Another long week at work in the books, hopefully next week is better. Hope everyone has a great low carb day.
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

    Good morning

    For those with a normal job, it's officially the start of the employees weekend (employers are well aware of this phenomenon, albeit disapproving ) so I hope you all have a great one!!

    I haven't stepped on the scale in two days...count 'em...two whole days. I feel empty





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

      Good morning. I'm staying home today. I'm headed to the doc in a minute. Fingers crossed they finally get my thyroid straightened out.

            SAHmommie here..but oh my I am glad this week is almost over too!! Girl scout cookies sales is over this week, my daughters plays at school are over this week and her band performance is over on sat...and my 3 daycare kids had their last day today..so I am FREE to go to the gym soon!!!!

                        Thank you all!! No new meds. Labs drawn - T3, TSH, and T4 along with Vitamin D. I go back in 2 weeks (don't know why such a long visit) to check out the results.

                            OK, I know is really late, but I thought it would look very well a clean and order gym with my new way of eating, my gym was transform some months ago in a storage room, nice way to have an excuse NOT to exercise hehehe, so Im late, but did a lot of work today.

                              I'm late checking in tonight... but better late than never, right? I had a great day today... eating was back on track. It sure does help when I plan and pack a lunch! lol I hit the gym tonight for 2 hours. I took Kick and Power classes. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
