    I woke up today and reflected on how I am now versus when I was 310 lbs

    55 lbs feels really good, looks good and the next 55 will be even better

    I got back on track today with the focus, Liz you can too!!!

    I think all of us 100+ lbs people got to drill it into our heads that we are very carb sensitive and simple carbs are what got us into this mess, it's not like we chose to be carb sensitive it's just the way it is and so to stay healthy and ALIVE we need to remember stuff like white sugar, white breads, pastas are almost like poison to us

    My skin is 90% cleared up now from the Acanthosis Nigricans and I havnt had any high blood sugar readings in 2 months.

    I am back on track and gotta just keep on coming back and checking in

    Blood Pressure at start averaged 140/85 borderline Hypertension. Blood Pressure 18 days into plan has changed to 120/78 !!! Measured April 5, 2009

      Ipedregon, I'm so glad you're back on track and refocused. You have done an incredible job so far! 55 pounds is great! I was just admiring your before and afters and you can tell a world of difference. Keep it up.

      Today was rough for me, I have to admit, but I am not giving up. I am definitely a carb addict and my relapse over the past few days has only confirmed to me how carb sensitive I really am. I feel so much better and healthier when I'm eating the Atkins way. I just have to keep reminding myself of that every few minutes!! lol
