My name is Stephanie, I am 32 and a stay at home mother of 7 children - currently.
I started Atkins a couple years ago and had great success, but then I got pregnant and had the baby, never dieted again and then got pregnant yet again after that. So I've had 2 more babies since I first initially started Atkins.
Now I am back and as long as I don't get pregnant again anytime soon, I hope to be able to reach ONEderland before the next pregnancy, LOL (yes we want more)
I restarted again last Monday the 10th at 290lbs my heaviest yet which is why my weight alarms went off and woke me up some. Since starting I've currently lost 12 pounds. I am hoping to lose another 8 before next Sunday (aka Easter); to reach my first mini goal of 20 pounds in 2 weeks. I believe it is possible for me.
My first big goal it to reach 190, to have lost a total of 100 pounds. To be completely out of the obese and overweight catagories though I need to be at least 150 pounds. So in all I need to lose 140 pounds to get to a "healthy" level.
Man I'd just be happy to make it to 199 at this point. To be out of a size that doesn't start with a 2!!
So in a quick weight loss nut shell (and I am a nut) that's me.
