    Hi all

    I entering week 7'sh. of this WOE.....am currently on rung one...
    I am getting in at least 20 grams of fiber a day (through vegies and flax and supps), drinking 10+ glasses a day of water, and getting in exercise, and calories have been 800-1400, but am having some issues for you experts to help me with pretty please?

    1.) NO poo...NO matter what I do.....(Lol ohh I"m a poet)
    2.) weight loss in the last 2 weeks has halted
    3.still feel weak
    4.) NOT hungry, thus the low calories some days

    Now I know that too low in calories can be bad..but isnt it really a calorie in verses calories out ratio? OK now be nice...I truly have NO desire to return to any other way of eating...but I needs some help!! :,)

    You're not eating nearly enough.

    It's not that it "can be bad" it's "that's really bad" your body will think it's starving and do everything it can to hold on to fat stores including happily burning muscle and bone for energy over fat cells. Your metabolism will slow dramatically and you'll feel listless and weak.

    If you're not that hungry you need to adjust your diet to include very calorie rich foods.

      As for the poetic part I know people swear by flax, but it's done *smirks* crap for me ! i will swear by broccoli and spinach doused in olive oil (and, of course, the seasonings of your choice)

        Thanks guys..its just "hard" ya know? you spend most of your life eating waaay too much and now when your appetite is gone is bad too LOL
        I did eat more yesterday and gained 2 lbs....grrrrrrrrr
        Please tell me its my body re=adjusting?? ooh easter is looming Help!! :,)
