      Good morning Chick-Happy Easter everyone.
      40 year old male 6' 3"

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

          Hope all of you Have a wonderful Low Carb day! I'm down another 1.5 pounds this morning. I'm really happy about that.
          It will be Turkey breast for dinner today, with fresh green beans and salad. Oh, and deviled eggs of course.

              Hi everyone! I hope you all have a Happy Easter. We're about to head out to my wonderful in-laws' house for an Easter celebration with about 20 people. I'm bringing fauxtatoes and herbed green beans (and a salad in case we're there for dinner, too).

                      I hope everyone has a low carb day. Good planning ahead clogger. That's what I had to do for St. Patrick's day at my sister-in-laws. We're having prime rib, green beans and a salad today. I wish I had thought of the deviled eggs Sherri, great idea. I may see if I have time to still make them. Have a great day. Kathie
