            I'm headed out this morning to stair climb at a nearby lake. It's not raining so far. Hopefully it will hold off.

                Good morning!

                Sherri, the steps by the lake sounds so refreshing!!

                I'm getting geared up to startup Atkins again, beginning next Tuesday (the delay is due to trying to eat up non-Atkins food - I don't want to waste).

                - I've started drinking more water - 40oz as of 11am (I'm going for 100oz/day)
                - I'm going to start crunches, weight work, and time on the elliptical this week
                - I've put some induction menus together (so I don't get bored by eating all the same food, like I did last time)
                - I've made my shopping list
                - I've been wandering around ADBB again (So great to see all the motivation!!)

                My start date is April 1st!!!

                        I've been busy working for Spring Break so y'all haven't seen me but I'm here now that it's over! Back to classes, shows, and rehearsals but still have way more time now that work is over...at least until the Summer.

                              Nothing fancy, but sorry I couldn't share with you all (Ha!)
                              Just an oatbran flaxseed pita, split and dried, with tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. Sigh. It's GOTTA be really greasy pepperoni though .
