    Hey all,

    I just got home from work and heading to the gym for kick class. It's been A WEEK since I've been to the gym. Ugh, I'm feeling it too. It'll be nice to get back in the groove. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.

        Checking in...made it home today around 3 pm...I've been unpacking, doing laundry, and getting ready to go back to work Going to weigh in tomorrow morning, it's been almost a week since I've weighed..have a great evening everyone!

          Checkin in late today. The scale was good to me today! 4 pounds gone! I hope tomorrows just as good!

            I'm getting geared up to startup Atkins again, beginning next Tuesday (the delay is due to trying to eat up non-Atkins food - I don't want to waste).

            - I've started drinking more water - 40oz as of 11am (I'm going for 100oz/day)
            - I'm going to start crunches, weight work, and time on the elliptical this week
            - I've put some induction menus together (so I don't get bored by eating all the same food, like I did last time)
            - I've made my shopping list
            - I've been wandering around ADBB again (So great to see all the motivation!!)

            My start date is April 1st!!!
