Re: Century Club Roll Call Wednesday

Could have sworn I checked in...guess not though.

Had a good day today...hubby had the day off so we took the little one to school, ran a few errands, then came home to take a little nap...which we never get to do usually.
I put a blanket over the window, so the room was dark...and I turned on my new sound machine that sounds like rain...(so it was dark, cool, and sounded like it was raining)....it was so nice that we napped for like 3 hours.

Anyway it was so nice I thought I'd share.

***Oh yeah Roger...hubby & I went and checked out the gracie school they have here in orlando, and were both signing up... I think Im gonna try a little bit of all of it to see what I really like...the instructor said he thinks I'll like the muy tai (I think thats how you spell it)...anyway Im so excited, I'll have to let you know how it goes.

              Tallk to everyone tomorrow!

That's fantastic, I love it, I have been doing for about 5 years now and have a purple belt (Belts in BJJ are few and far between, probably another 5 years to a black belt). It's a great workout and very useful for real life. Try not to get to intimidated by it though, the important thing is to go at your own pace.

Depending on what kind of program they have Muay Thai is a great workout.

Let me know how it goes.

                What I know:
                1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
