Hi Welcome to the Century Club
I have split your post into a separate thread so it won't get lost :

What I made to eat when I had problems chewing was soups! Easy to make by just processing down cooked meat and/or veg into a puree then adding cream/butter/water to make either a thin or thick soup that allows you to get all your nutrients without chewing.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

The most important thing is that you get protein. It is important for healing and for your bones, hair, nails and skin. Don't fall into eating sugary drinks which sometimes seems like the only alternative (I was on a liquid diet during a post operative period after an accident).

Chicken purees well and can me mixed with cooked cauliflower or broccoli for a cream soup. Post-operatively, it may not be popular with all Atkins folks, but do what is best for you, first and foremost. Just don't go down the sweets and carbs road.

When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood.
