    Good morning Swiss Miss and all others who post today. I hope everyone's day goes better then mine! I stepped on the scale this morning to weigh in and I am officially stalling! Hopefully it was just from drinking that diet coke at work! I'm going to cut that out and bring a big water bottle with me instead. Hopefully that was the problem so next Monday I can make that scale move a bit!

        Hey Sugar ... don't you just want to through the scale out of the window? Gosh... I certainly sometimes do. Well good for you, that you already have a plan on who to tackle this issue! Have you also considered to measure yourself or see if a smaller size shirt or pants fit? I find this helps me when the scale is not moving.

                Sorry for the "cut and paste" but I'm out the door to work! I'm alive! Hope everyone is doing well!!!!

                Hello all! I have been without my laptop for awhile now but got it back (finally) this weekend. Would've checked in sooner but had 3 shows this weekend. I am not doing well as I've been stricken again with some sort of cold/flu bug going around again at Second City. It really sucks because I can't work out, and all I want to eat is soup and crackers. As soon as I get well I will be back on track. For now getting better is my main concern as I have a freelance editing gig at Paramount for the next two weeks. I will be working quite a bit but will try to check in from time to time because I've missed my laptop and my peeps at .

                  Good Morning Everyone! I could have kissed my scale this morning. One more pound gone. I sure am losing it slowly, but I don't care as long as I'm still losing it!!!

                    Good morning to all... Having a great starting day, did my exercises and drinking my water, I was checking my weight loss and I forgot to count the 1 pound I lost from the last week hehehe so I lost one pound :P

                    Im starting to think that scales are alive!!! hahaha evil monster!

                          Good afternoon all. Computer crashed yesterday, but finally up and running again, what a pain in the butt.
                          40 year old male 6' 3"

                          What I know:
                          1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                          2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                          3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                          4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                            Hope everyone had a wonderful day! Work was pretty rough today but I survived (though barely ha ha ha). It got cold today after being in the upper 80's all week . So no swimming laps for me today. I'll just do some good old fashoined aerobics!

                              Good afternoon all :<)

                              Another nice weekend, spoke to hubby today- he is excited about coming home soon from the sandbox (One month to go)- I didnt sleep well last night as my little man Cruz thought he needed to nurse 24-7..UGH..but today is a new day ( a tired one) but new none the less.....Have an AWESOME evening all!!!
