    Thanks chicklady. Glad to be back. I like your chickens on your siggy. I have barred plymouth rocks and snowy mallard ducks myself. You don't see many people on here that have them as pets.


    This is the second time trying Atkins and hopefully this time it will be a permanent life change for me.

      Afternoon all. Hope everyone is having a great low carb day. I added an extra 5 minutes on the eliptical today and I made it through!
