I posted over on the exercise board but didnt get much, so here goes....
I have been exercising at an extreme mode ( for me) for 8 sessions now....I have been 100% on my woe..keeping calories at or around 1200-1500 a day..carbs at around 20-25...( exercise includes 5 days a week of 60 minutes hard core cardio..and 3 days a week of weights) and yet NO loss in 2 weeks of lbs or inches....2 weeks doesnt sound like a lot, but I went trhough all of march with no loss either...I"m soooo beyond frustrated!!

But in my loony defense I did go all of March with No loss at all...so with the increase in activty I was just a bit puzzled as to why my body was stalled yet again -
