    Back again

Hi everyone.....I have been away for a while now - lots of crazy emotional things going on in my life that has certainly played a giant role in me not sticking with my WOE and therefore causing me to regain my weight back.

I restarted this week - have already lost few pounds. I'm sure most of that is from water-weight. But I do feel better. The first couple of days were really hard. But now it's easier. If I can just hand on I really thing I will do well.

I need to lose at least 100 lbs. The Century Club was always one of my fav places here on the board.

I hope everyone is doing well and will have a great low-carb weekend.
    Any advise would be welcomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thanks again.

    Pam

      Re: Back again

Hi Pam, welcome back ! Advice, hmmm, I don't consider myself an expert yet, but here's what I would suggest:

      - Drink at least 64oz of water per day
      - Eat lots of acceptable vegetables
      - Keep a food journal
      - Exercise even when you don't feel like it
      - Read through DANDR 2002 again
      - Come to the board everyday - even if it's for a couple of minutes
      - Join some challenges (Check out Fired Up For Fitness - Century Club Challenge. It started Monday, but I'm sure Liz will let you join.)

      We're here for you!

Hi Pam-Welcome back, your home now.

        What I know:
        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
