      I'm back on regular food today (I am so tired of toast) and enjoyed an Atkins approved breakfast. And, I actually lost a pound since Sunday! Bonus!

        Chicklady, if I were you I'd hunt down the cricket and give it a shot of Raid or something. Lynn, it's good to hear you're feeling better.

            Hey CC'ers! I'm feeling much better today. I went to work and the gym today. I did a 90 minute session with my trainer. My arms felt like jell-o when we were finished. lol Tomorrow I'm hitting the road to travel on down to Florida. My old college roomie is getting married on the beach so I'm going for the weekend. I can't wait!! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. I'll check back in on Monday.

              Hello CC'ers,

              Good Golly, it feels like I've been gone forever. I'm happy to say that I have replaced my monitor and will be checking in every day. I'm really in my Atkins flow and on a losing streak. I sure have missed all of you here.
              Have a safe trip to Florida Liz, have fun!
              Hope you catch that cricket Chick. That will be a nice little snack for the chickens .
