Being Sunday it's a day to get ready for the week, so I've cooked up a lb of bacon so it's ready when I need it, sauted mushrooms and onions too for the same reason. I'm about to make a quiche with some of it so I can just cut, heat, and eat on work days. Gotta keep those mornings stress free. This weeks food is a little boring but I get paid friday and can get a bit more variety going so I don't lose interest.
