Do I ever have a headache tonight and I'm hungry...at least I'm hungry in my head. I'm going to bed early hopefully to get rid of this headache. I remember them from the last time I did locarb. Bad bad things.

Just hang in there for a few days and it will be over. The carb monsters will try to lure you into giving them their fix. Be strong! If you are really, really hungry and not just wanting to fill your mouth, eat a fatty snack and drink some water.

Thanks Sunny Smiles....I drank some water and went to bed. This morning the head doesn't ache, but feels like it's being held in a vise.
I love your saying about people who say it can't be done shouldn't interrupt those who are doing it. I'll remember that when I run into resistance from my friends about my choice.Comment
