    Good Morning Blue and all those that check in.,
    Roger, it's so great to see you here. We missed you when you were away. I wanted to tell you that I made it 128 days cheat free and then I had popcorn, my all time weekness. Today is day six for me and I'll be trying to get past the 128. See you over at the cheat free challenge, ha?

        Hey CC'ers! I'm home from surgery. Still in the bed keeping the foot elevated. Surgery went well. I had my own morphine pump at the hospital I could press whenever I wanted! lol Now I'm back on Percocet. I still have a splint on but should get my cast in about 2 weeks. I'm just ready to get up and moving again. I'm tired of laying in bed and I find myself starting to feel so weak. Other than things are going okay. Just tyring to keep my spirits up. Hope you all are having a great day!

          Good afternoon, today I had some blood tests, in a while I'll see how I'm doing, but my blood preasure surprise my doctor hehhe it was perfectly normal! and because of my weight she didnt believe me when I told her I didnt have that problem, specially cause my dad does have high blood preasure.

          After I finish exercising I feel very tired, that is why Im doing all the exams, to see whats going on;

          Sherri I love popcorn! in fact that might be the reason of my morning weakness, my brain is using 90% of my body energy to find a legal substitute for popcorn! haha

          Liz I'm very happy to know that your surgery went well, now patience for the rest of the recovery time, you can always do some arm weights mmm... those little ones of 3 or 5 lbs. and exercise your arms and chest, unless your doctor says you cant of course, Im sure you know that its not the type of exercise you do, but the exercise per se that makes us lose weight, a specific exercise like abs wont make our belly lose more fat than a neck exercise, of course specific exercises tone those muscles and that makes us believe that its actually working for the area, but no, body fat lowers its dimensions when we consume energy and its in general, I can say this cause I started doing weights in front of the computer when I was my heaviest and I saw the diference, little of course, but I could tell, hope it works for you also, take care.

            Hi guys - sorry for not checking in for a while. I've been sick the past 2 weeks - trying to fight an infection which overruled me and kept me in bed the past 6 days. But I'm feeling better again and ready to get back on track with exercise and WOE.

            @ Sherri - Wow 128 days cheat free! That is a fabulous achievement! I wish I ever got that far. I'm sure you can top that again.

            @ Liz - hope you get well soon!

            @ Rosa - awesome! Congratulations!

                  Hi everyone! Checking in and doing great! I have a bit more energy today, not feeling so sluggish. Stomach is feeling better also. I have not cheated!! Yiiiipppeee for me!

                    I'm on Rung 7. If I was on Rung 8, I would of been alright. Although I'm not far from Maintenance, I won't be eating much off of any higher rungs than 7. My metabolism doesn't tollerate starch veggies or grains. Also, I have a concern of Mico-toxins (fungus) that is in foods of Rung 8 and 9. Corn is universally known for it's mico-toxins. Even though I have reversed my Type-2 Diabetes, i'm still choosing foods lower on the Glycemic Index. It will always be a caution of mine.
                    Popcorn is my all time weakness. I allow myself it about 3-4 times a year. I eat it one kernal at a time.
