Well, I didn't go to sleep last night, and I've managed to be near fully functional all day. But I chose tonight to head to the store and get groceries--bad idea as the little battery was nearing the end of life, lol.
Anyways, too tired to get fish (nothing looked good to foggy eyes and couldn't wait for guy behind counter, but managed to grab a few steaks and a bag of chicken breasts. Our grocery store has a salad bar so I got a container of lettuce and broccoli, etc.--no cheese or anything I was unsure of counts on like the ham, etc. I'll deck it out with some 1carb/serv shredded cheese and some low carb italian dressing.
Grocery shopping while half asleep not recommended, lol. I hope to walk tonight and get that started. Want to let the sun go down a bit more, and I'll try not to fall asleep. I guess I see this "stress" condition as a perfect time to start walking--to push yourself a bit in those not so great situations--or maybe I'm just thinking too much of a movie called Crimson Tide here.
Anyways, game on tomorrow for sure. Oh, starting weight let's just call it 360.
