    Good morning everyone,

    I woke up this morning, much rested.
    Started off with a little salad and some of the milk I've to finish off today.
    After that, I walked another 1/2 mile. The ol' Kansas wind was showing her strength this morning, and there's nothing like walking against the wind. (but then again, nothing like walking with her winds at your back too)

    I'll spend the day doing homework and catching up on housework and this evening I'll head out and walk another 1/2 mile at least. Steak and eggs are on tap for lunch and maybe some baked chicken and salad for dinner. I'll be sure to get my water in today as well. I live right across the street from a high school track so it's real easy to find a place to walk, and very easy to tell how far you've walked.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
