    measuring pumpkin

Hi guys....know this may sound silly but I asked in induction thread. How do I measure fresh pumpkin not canned {never seen it here in Oz}. Is it a cup of raw or cup of cooked as in mashed pumpkin. Be a lot easier if it cooked lol.
    Cheers

    Re: measuring pumpkin

I measure it cooked, since that's how I eat it. However, Fitday does give you the option....so, if you were to use it as part of a recipe (say soup) and couldn't really pick it out to measure later, you can measure raw
