Good morning to you. I have another 100lbs to go although I have lost nearly 18lbs already on this great new way of life.
My husband has lost 24lbs his blood sugar has stabled and we both feel sooo much better. I have arthritis in all of my joints, since losing the weight I can walk much farther without too much discomfort, we both sleep better and for once in my life I am in control of my diet as I am never hungry, we actually have to be reminded to eat. Great stuff Atkins. One question where does all the extra weight go???lol
Hi Bluebelt2007 and cookiecate! Thanks for opening the thread early. Congratulations cookiecate on the 18 lbs. and your new found mobility. You are sooo right about the Atkins WOL. It is working miracles for me too. Another beautiful, cool, morning of walking for me. Have a great day!
Hiya fellow CC'ers. Hope you are doing good. After my yesterdays crazy cheat I am back on induction. Decided to do it for a 2 weeks to really get back in ketosis. So far... all good. Happy low carbing!

Okay, I thought I saw two roll calls, lol !!
I am on day four and although still miserable from the caffiene withdrawel I am happy with my progress and feeling otherwise okay. I know in a few days after this is over, I will feel so great !! Eating very clean and drinking over a gallon of water a day !!

Hi Booklady, keep it up. I think I'm through the worst of the pop withdrawl and starting to feel much better. In a few days I'm sure you be feeling great and relieved at finally kicking the habit. It's amazing how different--how much clearer you just feel--after switching to water.
