    Good morning all And a Happy Fathers day to all our Dads on board!





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

    Good morning Chick and everyone who follows. Happy father's Day.
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

      Good morning Everyone,

      Keetje signing in, all pretty quiet here, have been checking my weights and measures and have realised I am actually eating far too MANY vegetables. Thanks to a wonderful post showing weights for cups and half cups and so forth, I am now back on the straight and narrow.

        Hi to all and happy fathers day! Get to see one of my daughters today. I am blessed with two daughters and they make me glow when i think of them. Grand-kids are great too. Hope you all enjoy your day

            Nothing special going on in Sherri-Land today. Laundry and lawn mowing. Letting DH set his own pace for the day. He's still in bed and I'm fixing breakfast for him soon.
