Morning Chick & Kathie. Hope everyone has a great LC day. Can we have chorizo sausage on induction does anyone know. I see a lot about sausages on the boards but not sure what they are cause the sausages here in Oz are full of fillers so not induction friendy.
Started to try to walk today. Went round the back yard 5 times, not a lot yet but it a start, tomorrow I will see how I go might make an extra round who knows.

Happy July everyone.
Same here in the UK a lot of sausages have fillers. I would think that chorizo should be all meat depending on where you buy it. I have given up trying to find filler less sausages and have just ordered grinder/mincer the intention of making my own sausages.Comment

Hi to all. Hope your having a wonderful day. Chorizo sausage sounds delicious and spicey. My carbometer says 1.8 carbs for 100grams. Guess some eat it raw and some have it with their eggs.

Good morning everyone and thanks so much for the welcomes yesterday! Woke up wiht a massive headache this morning, well just now in the afternoon as I didnt get in from work till 6 am this morning! Wendy! that is fantastic news about the walking, keep up the good work and take it carefully.
Clara, hats off to you for being so well organised in planning your menu for the day and thanks for your comments on my blog, appreciated.
It's been really HOT here in London (in UK terms, that is) blazing sunshine and my little office has been like a sauna. I think I have certainly had more than my four litres of water today - in fact just thinking about hopping on my bike to the supermarket and getting some more (I love the fizzy stuff).

Hi everyone Today I noticed one of the best side effects of this woe. My skin is so soft, its amazing. I have had dry, sensitive skin for years so this is kind of a big deal for me All the olive oil and butter must be working Have a great day all!
