OK so I was just running my food thru fitday and when I added a cup of pumpkin I nearly died lol it is giving me huge carbs like 12 is that right. I know I am doing ongoing Maintainance but if Just by following rules I am going over 20 g carbs maybe that what wrong.. My menu for today is 2 boiled eggs for brekky....2 slices roat beef 1 tablespoon cream cheese and 1 cup peppers for lunch...dinner is steak with 1 cup mushrooms and 1 cup pumpkin. But when I run that thru fitday it says I am having 22g carb. What am I doing wrong here??????







I think that a little refresher course with Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution is in order.
