    Im all for weight, i havent measured myself in forever lol. im too lazy hehe. Excercise too cuz man i been laggin. Anyhoo. goodmorning all! My weekend was alright. Wish everyone would stop making brownies and cookies and homemade ice cream and pizza around here!! But i survived and ate my cottage cheese and steak lol.

      Good Moring All
      All went well at my yearly poineer picnic. I stayed stong and ate only "friendly" foods.
      Then... I checked the ketostix and I had almost knocked myself out of ketosis. I don't know how. I ate 2 hamburger patties a handfull of iceberg lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, 1/4 dill pickle and some mustard. I don't know where or what came into the picture that made me slip but something was hidden somewhere. However, I may have just eaten too many leafs of iceberg or something because this a.m. I am back to moderate ketosis. Nothing worse than staying strong only to find you have buggared somewhere. It did not affect the scales so all is well. Still really glad I stayed on track because if I had not I may have had worse results. Woooh! made it past all those treats... TY

        Good Morning Chick, Christy, Sue and everyone that checks in.
        I think that all is in order Chick for the challenge. Weight, inches and exercise.
        Great job ladies for holding strong on your food choices.
        Sue, CONGRATULATIONS on your 50 POUND loss! That is awesome! Tomatoes sometimes will throw me out of ketosis because of the GI, glycemic index. It may of been the culprit for you. Hey, as long as the sticks are turning color, you're still in ketosis. It's when they stop turning any color is when you're not. You're still doing Great!
        When do we want to start the Challenge?

          Hey all..... SwissMiss checking in again.... I was missing in action... well too much work actually kept me so busy, that in my little free time I didn't felt like spending online. Anyways, hope you are all doing good and I will try to check in at least once a week .

          I'm still mainly following a low carb WOL, had my ups and downs for a day or so, but I always hopp back on the wagon and get back on track.

          As to the new CC Challenge. I think weight, inches and exercise is a good idea.

            Someone had suggested a challenge right up to Halloween,,,,something like 13 weeks, and they even had a good name for it. Now how do I find that danged post????

              lol Chick, it was me. 'Magic away those pounds/inches for Halloween'.

              Hi Everyone,

              Keetje signing in from a hot and humid London. Temperatures are really high (for us) today and I am finding every excuse I can to run into shops that have air conditioning. Not having much hot weather, air conditioning is not standard here!

              Keeping at it, off to ride my bike now in the cooler evening weather.
