    Hi, Im Gwen. I posted an intro on the other board but wanted to pop in and say hello here too. I just started Induction today. Having a bit of a time figuring things out, especially fitday for one thing....grrrrrrr

      Welcome! You've come to the right place. The Atkins Diet Bulletin Board is filled with great information and advice from people who have followed the plan for a short time or a long time.

      Fitday.com is a great tool, but don't get overly concerned about it. You may find the accountability is good for you now, but in the long run, if you develop a pattern of eating that is consistent with Atkins, writing it down may be good enough. Just don't let frustration de-rail your efforts. Personally, these days I use Fitday.com to tailor recipes and work with new foods as I incorporate changes.

        Welcome to the board!! I used Fitday when I started... then switched to DailyPlate, I just found it a little more friendly for what I wanted.

            Hi Gwen, Welcome to the CC! Hope your first few days of induction are going well. Like others have mentioned already don't stress too much over fitday.com. Just follow the rules of induction as outlined in the book and you'll be fine. Keep us posted on your progress. Happy Losing!
