    Hello People!

    Hope everyone has a great low-carb Monday and that all of you in hot areas are not melting in the heat. No chance of that here though, pouring with rain as I look out my window.

    Thought I would start the roll call thread as I am up early.

    Been off travelling around and have been working pretty hard, so haven't posted in a little while. Everything is going fine, losing just under a kilo a week, which suits me just fine.

    I managed to stay (more or less) on plan while away, so I don't think I will be having the horrible time I had when I got back my from little holiday a few weeks back.

        Hi guys... Cant say I am doing too great this morning... last night I missed a step in my garage and came down hard on my ankle. I tore ligaments and expect a very long recovery process. Boy does that ever hurt! I nearly passed out from the pain... so no exercise for me for a while *sigh*

          Oooh Lacey. I did that a couple of years ago and broke my ankle. Did you get it a xray? It actually healed faster than I thought it would. I had this great boot that I could use to walk. I could take it off to sit in the tub, which was really nice. I hope you heal quickly. BTW, be prepared for what your foot will look like when they take all of the bandages off in a few days. My whole foot was black for weeks. I still lost weight on Atkins even though I couldn't exercise for 6 weeks.

          I am almost to week three of induction and I am having some issues with fatigue and headaches. I have never had induction flu in the past. Could that be the problem? I usually have a huge amount of energy by this point. Otherwise, my WOE is going great.

            If you have fatigue past induction, you may want to check your iron intake.

              Good day and good night everyone! I had a long day filled with work and then two clogging classes. Today was my first day back at clogging since I hurt my knee. I wore my brace and so far I feel fine.

              Lacey ~ ouch! Try to hang in there . It's tough and discouraging to deal with an injury when your trying to do good for yourself by exercising. Luckily, injuries are temporary and eventually life will be back to normal. Time always flies...
