Good Morning CC'ers
Weightloss truly is in the journey. Embrace each milestone you get to. Enjoy all the rewards (weightloss) you put all your hard work into. Take your time to do it right! Remember, this isn't a race, it's a lifestyle change. It takes time to change into healthier habits.
Be kind to yourselves, you're worth it!
Wishing everyone a fantastic low carb monday!
Love ya, Sherri
Life Is in the Journey
Life is in the journey, guys, not the destination, so do what you can and take it one day at a time. Go slow; do it right; make it permanent — then help out others who are where you were. I'm so psyched to have someone like this on my Message Boards who helps her fellow teammates, especially when they're feeling like giving up on their fight. Read on and feel the support:

"I can tell by this post alone you are an incredibly strong individual. You have lost 75 pounds — that's ridiculous! Take that strength and use it in your time of need now. Through your journey of weight loss you have gained more strength than you already had before. Take the time for yourself and get well you deserve nothing less!!! I understand your need to be active in your new self but you need to focus on getting better first and foremost. Eat as cleanly and healthfully as possible — let the medicines of food give you much needed energy. Don't worry about putting weight on so much as fighting this battle. You owe it to yourself to fight. If you eat well and stay in (carbohydrate) calorie check than you will not gain all that weight back — you worked incredibly hard on your journey and now this is another road." – days101_3
