    Weightloss truly is in the journey. Embrace each milestone you get to. Enjoy all the rewards (weightloss) you put all your hard work into. Take your time to do it right! Remember, this isn't a race, it's a lifestyle change. It takes time to change into healthier habits.

    Life Is in the Journey
    Life is in the journey, guys, not the destination, so do what you can and take it one day at a time. Go slow; do it right; make it permanent — then help out others who are where you were. I'm so psyched to have someone like this on my Message Boards who helps her fellow teammates, especially when they're feeling like giving up on their fight. Read on and feel the support:

      'Allo, all. I'm here and still kicking on this WOE. Even though I'm playing with the same pound (gaining/losing/gaining/losing)! Still, that doesnt' bother me because my blood sugars are in the low 100's now. Where they are going to stay, thank you very much!

        Hi All,
        Good afternoon. Things are going well; I've been trying out some new recipes and finding a lot of good ones. I am amazed at how truly delicious low carb foods can be. I've also noticed that I fill up faster on the low-carb foods so my portion control is remarkably easy to do; can't believe I'm satisfied with so little compared to my previous WOE.

          Hi All, I made it through the weekend with all of the family outings and 'feedings'. I managed to stay on plan! Thank God for that!

            Hi Everyone,
            I disappeared for the weekend, but my Monday is going well so far. I've been well under my 20 induction carbs since I started on Friday.

            Mini Goals:
            280- pedicure!
            270- New purse!
            265- SOME new clothes
            245- weekend trip


            Drinking 130oz water a day +8oz for each cup of coffee!
