    Good Morning Chick...and all who follow. I missed yesterday's roll call because my family had a wonderful time visiting with our church friends and didn't get home until late. Hope everyone is doing well. Let's show the world that low-carb is THE way to go!!!

      Good morning Chick, Happy, and all who follow. I to didn't check in yesterday. Of course things were absolutely just crazy! I had worked until 2am Sunday morning, only got to sleep maybe 2 hours before going off to temple with the boyfriend. Then him and I get into a pretty severe arguement. After the arguement I went to work until 10pm, came home, and crashed as soon as my head hit the pillow.

      The good news is that I feel much better this morning. I had a cup of black decaf coffee and some eggs and sausage. After this I will be doing some yoga and hopping in the shower to get ready for work, then after work off to class... busy busy day.

      Hope everyone is doing fabulous this morning =)

          Good morning everyone!

          Just walking out the door on my way to work but I wanted to pop in and say hello before I leave. I was able to get an hour of exercise on my glidder behind me before leaving for work this morning.

          I hope all of you have an enjoyable low carb day! Keep drinking lots of water and remember to exercise!

            What kind of glider do you have? I have a Gazelle. Love mine!
            I was just curious. I'm looking for folks with gliders to see if they would like to be in a challenge.

              Nuts! Would've loved a glider challenge ... found one at a garage sale for $15 and put in on my screened porch (no room in the house); was great for about a month - used to boogie down to old disco tunes - but the intense Florida heat proved too much for it and the plastic foot rests kind of ... melted! One morning I hopped on and it went *snap!* DH and I both tried to mend it, to no avail.

              So now instead of sweatin' to the oldies at home, I'm sweatin' to techno music at the gym. Hey ... whatever works!

                    Hello everyone!
                    I would like to join the roll call. I know I won't be able to post everyday but I will do my best!
                    Taking my 3 year old to London to see his pediatrician tomorrow so I am going to have to eat out for lunch. I am thinking of having a McDonalds chicken salad and ask for extra chicken. I am only on day 6 and my hunger is not conquered yet, though I know eventually it will be. If I remember correctly they don't have a low carb dressing so I should bring some along from home. Let you know how it goes tomorrow!

                        Hi Sherri,

                        Yes, I have the same one as you do! I love mine too...it's awesome. I've been trying to fit in 1 hr. a day on it as well as walk and hour at night. It's a great machine and I'm so thrilled to have it. I think I might end up wearing it out!

                        I was checking out a used site online and someone about an hour away from us was giving a new one away for free! I hope someone was able to pick it up and get some great use out of it.....it really works wonders if one is diligent in using it.

                        I'd be up to a challenge! Let me know if one comes up!

                          Yeah, finally someone else that has a gazelle! I'll let you know if I find others with one. Or maybe just you and I can support one another with ours. I can use all the support with mine.

                            Fabulous! It's great to meet someone on here that has one too!

                            Absolutely, if others have one we can do a challenge if not you and I will for sure support each other! I just jumped off mine this morning. Logged in an hour and now it's shower time, quickly make something to eat and then I'm off to work!

                              Hi Sarina,
                              I'm struggling to get back into a routine with mine. I've only been on it once this past week. It's something I have to gradually get into. I deal with arthritis. So i've got to start out slow and work my way up. I put in a mile just under 25 minutes and that kept me sore a couple days after. I shouldn't of done so much the first day. So i'll start out slow this time.
