      Good morning! I'm on day 10 of induction and I am so nauseaus and was yesterday as well...URP*
      Do you think it's a form of withdrawal? ( i'm not pregnant..lol)

        Sounds like the infamous Induction Flu, jaybee ... but one of the veteran Atkineers could advise you better than I. Other than some serious sugar withdrawal and feeling a bit of "the vapors," I didn't have any major side effects during the transition period. Hang in there!

        Did my circuit training today but may be switching gyms, as climbing off and on the equipment seems to be what triggers the bruising on the back of my legs ... think a workout on a treadmill and rowing machine would suit my purposes just as well, sans the ugly black 'n blue marks!

          Good morning Chich, Happy, Jaybee, Doodette and all those that check in.
          I'm not sure what would be causing your nausea Jaybee. You should of already went through detox during your first week of Induction. Maybe try steeping some fresh ginger root in some tea to help settle your tummy. Always works for me.
          I'm glad you found the culprit that was causing your bruising Doodette. Treadmill and rowing is excellent exercise!

            I hope each and everyone of you has a fabulous day today. Keep on track and remember all the great accomplishments you have achieved choosing to get healthy!

            Have a terrific low carb day....remember to drink LOTS of water and fit in some form of exercise!

                Good morning CCer's!

                Jaybe- I too have been feeling really sick to my stomach lately and I have been back on plan going into my second week. Although with school and work I just chalk it up to stress. Some tea definetly sounds delightful though =)

                As for myself I am feeling amazing this morning. My abs are feeling rather sore from my work out yesterday but I love the feeling. As sick as it sounds I am addicted to it. After this coffee I need to stop procrastinating and get some work done before class.

                  I have a big feeling that it's similar to detox of any kind and you will feel ill if you're hooked, your body is craving it, and you're depriving your body of it.....Had some tea and it helps

                    Stomach flu or virus going through at my hubbys place of work....it could be making the rounds elsewhere as well! I'm not going near hubby for a while....he loves to bring every bacteria and virus home!!

                        I realize it's late, but I'm checking in!! Today was good!! Still in the "Yikies phase". Hopefully the nausea and low appetite will clear within the next couple of days. I'm on day 7! Yippee!
