    The foods themselves are fine, but I would suggest that you eat more veggies! Plus it might not hurt to get a few more calories into your body. I was learning the hard way about that, regarding BMR.

      Girl, I would STARVE on that low a calorie count!! Don't risk putting your body into starvation mode. "they" say 1500 calories a day is the secret,,,,although you really shouldn't need to count calories yet.





      290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
