    Hi Sherry, Chick, everybody,

    I've been gone a few days, but wanted to check back in and tell you I am still doing this WOE. I have had a few pounds shift around, but I'm giving up the scale watching. I am instead watching my clothes get bigger and bigger! I have made my first goal to get to under 280. Reward was a new leather purse. Ketostix still show no color, so I am giving them up. Have been working hard around the house on vacation from work. Back to work next week and hubby will be gone out of town, so I can really get in and clean closets, etc.

    I briefly, cheated. I say briefly, because the sugar coma that 1 cupcake put me in, taught me a BIG lesson! I am still on a mostly protein diet and have added a few carbs weekly.

    Learning new things all the time and learning to love this WOE.

    Hi Kathy Sounds like it's working for you Now, to sound like your mother....don't forget the vegetables





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
