Hi Sherry, Chick, everybody,
I've been gone a few days, but wanted to check back in and tell you I am still doing this WOE. I have had a few pounds shift around, but I'm giving up the scale watching. I am instead watching my clothes get bigger and bigger! I have made my first goal to get to under 280. Reward was a new leather purse. Ketostix still show no color, so I am giving them up. Have been working hard around the house on vacation from work. Back to work next week and hubby will be gone out of town, so I can really get in and clean closets, etc.
I briefly, cheated. I say briefly, because the sugar coma that 1 cupcake put me in, taught me a BIG lesson!
I am still on a mostly protein diet and have added a few carbs weekly.
Learning new things all the time and learning to love this WOE.
