Trying to stay motivated here; kinda stuck with my weight loss...according to the scale but the inches are slowly coming off as I pursue the 6 WEC. I'm on the nut/seed rung of OWL and hoping to move up to berries soon but I want to hang out here for a bit to see if it's the nuts causing me to stall. Wish me luck!

I get started on them and want to keep eating them. So I eat nuts in moderation. It's best to count those nuts out when you buy them and bag them in snack bags. That way they're portioned out and makes it easier to not overeat. I eat flaxmeal about every other day. It doesn't stall me.
