        I'm not a member of this club so I hope no one gets mad at me but the post by Luckie Duckie reminded me of a poem that hung in my bedroom when I was a kid.

          Good morning. I'm UP three pounds and not amused. Trying to think what it is... all I can come up with is being short on water the last three days. I usually don't have trouble getting all my water, but was busy, and went long stretches without. I'm going to start putting everything in fitday again, and be vigilant about water and watch.

          Does anyone think that 3 days of lower water consumption would cause an overnight jump? I just finished TOM last week, so that's not it.

          Blueberry, I especially like the part of the prayer that refers to being mindful of what we say. I get a little twitchy about prayers sometimes, from too many people trying to proselytize in my lifetime, but no matter what faith (or lack of) or culture one is a part of, the message of kindness, awareness and being in the present moment is meaningful and useful to all people.

            Yep! Me and Little Doggie in the picture have to get up early. Little Doggie has a bladder on alarm . It's 6:00 am or bust and I don't want him busting on my tile.

            Blueberry - That's a great poem. Thank you for sharing it! I'll add it to my "One step at a Time" collection. I tend to want things yesterday so I'm working on using the patience the Good Lord gave me.

              Me too Kellen. Sometimes the best witness is to live it yourself and leave other people alone. If they want what you are living they will ask for it. That's also one of the reasons I'm not broadcasting that I'm living Atkins again. I want others to see it first. That way when they comment on my weight loss I can get really southern on them and say "Why thank you! This ole' body-I brought this years ago. It was just hanging in the closet. Here have some Mock Danish. You just the sweetish thang!"

                  Good Morning, started early today, I've been cleaning my house, after
                  my parents move from their old house, I got a lot of stuff in my house to
                  care while they find a new place, so my little house is a big chaos! hahaha
                  but I will return to order, in general, I already sign in to the new year's eve
                  challenge, and I know that my target is quite big, but I want to recover
                  the time wasted in excuses... Ah yes, and I got rid of an old boyfriend hahaha
                  maybe that might help also hahaha...

                    Thanks for the inspiration Duckie & Nyna...If we take each day like that, I think thats how we can achieve success! (:

                    So today is my second day back on induction, and I am down 2 lbs...woo hoo!

                      This is a woe of diets. Assuming you haven't changed anything about the way/what you eat, and water was your only issue, I have to ask (sorry) with the lack of water, have you had regular bowel movements? That can be one culprit.

                        Morning cc'ers Off to shops this morning to restock and restart. So glad to be back home and taking control again feeling very impowered so gunna try hard to keep that feeling. Very hot here today it is the start of our summer and living in the tropics means I am gunna be a grease puddle soon oh well that's one way to lose weight lol.

                          Yessss, Chicklady, though nothing spectacular. I did weigh before, ahem. but then, since starting Atkins, all that hasn't been as spectacular in general. Being good today with my waterand hopefully these 'found' pounds will disappear again. And thanks for asking lol.

                            If you're not drinking enough water, your body may be trying to retain it. That just seems like a large amount. As for the other thing, I highly reccomend a cup of cooked spinach with lots of nice olive oil You can tasty that up with a bit of garlic powder and neufchatel cheese if you're not particularly fond of spinach.
