Hello eveyone
Why this title for the post? I have a scale that I have always weighed on. It is a digital scale not that old. I have been weighing in at least every 4 days in the last several weeks. Always in the morning. And I have always weighed the same 282. On Tues afternoon, I went to the Dr.s office for a check up and their scale at 3pm said I weighed...274! Quite a difference for me. I was so stoked. I have told everyone. I am losing weight. Yes, it shows in the way that my clothes fit, but now it shows in the numbers, too. I have proof.
So, I will finally get to change my stats, and let everyone know how much I have lost.
I have stayed with the program, I do have a few "carby" things. I eat double fiber oatmeal bread, one or two slices a week. I have found that things that spur a craving and have eliminated them from my diet.
This is the only, ONLY plan that has ever taken any weight off of me. I have never been able to move down into the 270's range, before Atkins.
I know this is long, but, thank you to all of you who post on this board. You have helped me more than you will ever know.
Kathy
