i know what you mean Gabriella.. most of the time it's no problem, but then i have a week like last one, and I just don't want it, don't feel thirsty and don't think about it.
Well, my quads are massively sore (npi) from 2 little days of ten minutes of exercise. Guess today I'll try for something upper body, unless going to 2 different markets count as exercise.
Back down a pound from the 3 I gained. I saw myself in a store camera last night, and I could see the weightloss for the first time (other than my face) So that was kinda neat.

Morning everyone...
well I'm back down 2 pounds which gets me back to my starting weight. I don't think I drank enough water yesterday, had a little too much pepsi one. Gonna try to back that back down again. I've had my first 32 oz's of water, 3 more to go.
No cheats yesterday, no messups from having the wrong food in the house and I walked 45 minutes last night with my puppy. (Ok, she's not a puppy anymore, she's a great big 80 pound rottie/husky mix) but she was happy as we don't walk her enough.
I also got a workout video, something I never ever thought I would do. It's got resistance bands on a belt that go around your waist to help toning arms while walking and honestly it looks like something fun that I would have a good time with.

Heres to a good low carb night (which always seems to be the hardest for me) I dont know why but thats when the cravings seem to hit me. Does anyone know what that supplements called you can take for sugar cravings?
