Good Morning to all... I havent done my exercise today, had to go pay the gas service, I forgot, a long line and then walk in a homedepot might count as exercise? haha no, I dont think so... later I will do my workout.
Yesterday I had a small headache, I was missing that part from the induction phase, I am on my third week, and I think I will stick to it until I get back on the weight I was before leaving all the efforts. Feeling pretty good again.
Im making low-carb stuffed pizza tonight,,,yum! (only 4.25 carbs per serving)
Hope its yummy!
I made a low carb pumpkin torte last night w/ homemade whip cream (taste just like pumpkin pie, it was soooo yummy, and only 6.5 carbs per slice) Im practicing some recipes for thanksgiving.
Here are the recipes in case anyone wants to try them...I got them from Blaines low carb kitchen (with the torte, make sure your allowed nuts for the crust or u can just omit the crust) His carb totals are a little diff than mine...maybe depends on the brands u use? anyway here they are:
Low carb stuffed crust pizza
3/4 cup olive oil to fry
6 low carb tortillas
1 - 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 8 oz. bag pre-shredded Italian Blend Cheese
48 slices pre-cut pepperoni
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stack tortillas and puncture with a fork about a dozen times. Fry low carb tortillas one at a time in about 1 tbsp. olive oil in a 10" nonstick pan over medium high heat until brown and crisp. Repeat adding 1 tbsp. olive oil to pan until all tortillas are brown and crisp. Make sure you cook tortillas on both sides then drain on paper towels. Season tomatoes with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put three tortillas on cookie sheets. Spread 2 tablespoons of tomatoes on each tortilla and top with 1/4 cup grated cheese and 6-8 pieces of pre-cut pepperoni. Top 3 made pizzas with 3 other tortillas and repeat with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. You will have a total of 3 stuffed pizzas. Cook on cookie sheets in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cut each pizza in half and serve.
Yields 6 servings - approximately 10 net carbs per each serving (my count was only 4.25 net carbs per serving, but I cut mine in 1/4 instead of 1/2.

Just a quick update, we just got done with dinner & the pizza was sooo yummy! were already thinking of what we'll put on it next week (maybe chicken & peppers, or a mexican style...the possibilities are endless) the crust was sooo crispy...yum-o!
anyway its so exciting to find really good recipes like this...so I wanted to share. (:
checking in, I just woke up so I know it's late for you guys, it's mornin' for me.
I spent last night at work with the worst stomach cramps I've had in my life and throwing up. Luckily, I work alone so noone had to see it, I left as soon as the morning shift arrived.
Tried to have egg salad today, 10 minutes after eating my stomach started cramping again...
Anytime I eat or drink anything, the cramps come back, it feels awful. Hoping once I get everything out of my system (or if I ate something bad, once it's fully out) I'll be okay again.
