Good morning everyone...hope everyones morning is going better than mine!
so I am having some issues with the scale ): I realized last night that my scale has been lying to me... rrrrr... a few days ago it said 195 (which I thought 15 lbs was a lot of weight to have lost in only a couple weeks) then last night it kept saying 218, then 210, then 203 .... so I went out and bought a new scale (one of those glass digital ones) it seems to be giving consistant readings this morning of 215, so I guess thats what I weigh ):
as u can imagine Im a little upset (went from thinking I weighed 195 to realizing I weigh 215) anyway Ill quit boring u all, just wanted to share my frustration!!!

I hope all of you have a fabulous low carb day today!
jammiemarie, I can appreciate your frustration but you know what....ignore the scales for now and keep doing what you're doing because it's all working. It's times like these that can ruin our progress or stall it so to speak because we end up getting so disapointed and bog down. Before you know it you will be at 195 lbs.....so just keep doing everything right and it will come soon, I promise you! At least you know now and can continue to move forward and closer to your mini goals.

You had a tiny taste of the future! now you know how you will feel when you get to 195 lbs jammie hehehe and you will even enjoy it more.

Good morning lovely people. Kinda binged on chili flavored porkrinds and dip left over from the party. Lots of sodium, gearing up for TOM. Gotta be able to retain as much water as possible you know. Woke up looking terribly puffy. Bah. No point in weighing for a week. We are traveling this weekend, and visiting friends and family, so I dunno how it's gonna go....
