Hi guys; sorry I've not been able to check in as frequently. Unfortunately, I gave in to some terrible cravings this weekend- my first episode of cheating,ever. I don't know what caused such intense desire to eat off-plan. However, I have decided the indulging that I did over the weekend was really not worth it; especially after all of the hard work I have done over the past 4 months. So, I will pick up tomorrow by going back on track and sticking to the plan. I joined another 6WEC to motivate myself and to make me be accountable. Oh well, it's a lesson learned.
I don't know what's wrong with me! I gave in to the cravings also. I'm hopping right back on but this is getting old quickly because I know I can do better. I'm sticking, I'm not giving up this fight.

These things do happen, it's great that the two of you are back on track now....don't let it get you down. It's the learning (why did we do it, was there something bothering me at the time of the cravings...ie. emotional matters etc..) and being able to identify what was going on at the time (if we can) that makes a big difference the next time we are tempted.
I'm truly proud of the two of you for getting back on board and not giving up! Drink lots of water and pat yourselves on the back for getting back on board.
