  • Help- Bad Cravings

You guys, for some reason the past 2 days I have had really BAD cravings for anything off-plan. What can I do? I'm not even sure why I'm desiring to sabatoge myself. My weight loss has definitely come to a standstill- about 2 weeks now. I haven't had any Splenda- which is the only thing that seems to have stalled my loss in the past. I'm really torn between staying on plan and just digging into whatever I can find in the pantry that isn't low-carb. What can I do? I want to succeed and overcome this temptation but right now it's a real struggle with my will. Any advice?

I think I would dig into what is lowcarb in the pantry instead!

I find often eating something high fat and savoury rather than sweet helps kill any cravings for sweet. Some people say that eating something sour like a pickle helps them (check labels for added sugar).
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Elizellen is right. I have found a serving of ego mayo or tuna mayo (with some veggies if haven't used carb allowance) can be really satisfying and stop cravings.

Also, the old ones are the best - brushing your teeth can help underline you're done eating for now.

Thanks for the tips guys; I'm afraid I gave in to my cravings. I will be going back to square one tomorrow and reevaluting what went wrong and doing some better planning.
