    Good morning Duckie and the rest of the CC. Hope we all have a wonderful day.
    40 year old male 6' 3"

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

      Hello all! It's a nice, crisp day here ... already did my one-hour treadmill walk and guzzled about 24 oz. of water and looking forward to a bacon 'n egg breakfast.

        hello everyone, I am going to go to the gym this morning for the first time in a month. I have alot of free time and my weight hasnt changed in awhile. no time like the present to get back into it RIGHT????

          It's a bright and beautiful day here today...looks like we're going to get a break from all the rain we've been receiving.

              Hi everyone, my first day back at the gym was awesome. I did 20 min on the eliptical which really worked my legs, then I did 40 min on the treadmill with varying inclines, after that I did 8 different weight machines for strength training. I think it went very well.
              I made an awesome supper for my family that I found the recipe on Lindas low carb website called Koney island chili dog pie. My husband loved it and the kids thought it was a little spicy. I also tried today the cheese crisps made with delux american cheese slices, those were awesome. I found so many recipes on that site to try and I am feeling really inspired right now. Thanks everyone here, this site as really helped me more than you know.

                Congratulations on your gym workout, you did AWESOME!!!!!

                Eating right, drinking lots of water and exercise all go hand in hand....keep up the great work Tina!
