    Hello everyone!

    I'm about to make some deviled eggs to take to my husband's parents' house when we go there for dinner.

    Tomorrow I'll probably be cooking most of the day. I like to cook things for us for the week.

      Hi all I forgot to check in earlier....brain cramp. On the bright side, I am FINALLY down a pound after weeks at 205 or higher.

        Good morning everyone! (Sun, Nov 16th)

        I hope all of you have an enjoyable low carb day today....I'm off to work out with my new heavier weights that I just purchased this morning...I'm pretty excited about them!

        Chick, congratulations!!!! I'm sure you're dropping inches like crazy and your clothing is showing it...the scales aren't always accurate in reflecting how well we're really doing!!! Keep it up, you're doing great

          40 year old male 6' 3"

          What I know:
          1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
          2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
          3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
          4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

            Hope everyone had a great weekend.

            I've been a naughty girl... well a heartbroken & naughty girl. I've been love sick the past couple of weeks, fell off the wagon and straight into the chocolate counter!

            Now that I'm over it I feel pretty lame and lousy about failing again and not putting myself first even more so! And I guess that's most frustrating, that again I didn't follow thru.

            Well... I came to my senses and I'm back, starting induction tomorrow and re-reading the book to help me staying focused.

            I'm still part of the current CC Challenge and working on not letting myself, nor you fellow CC'ers down.
