Chick, Roger.........you're just toooooo funny! I'm with you Chick...Be gone rolls! Hi Sarina, you'ld be so proud of me. I've been gliding and feeling so much better. I'm gonna get a week under my belt then maybe we'll gather up all the gliders on the board and start a glider challenge in December. What do you think? Are you interested? Sherri, I'm SOOOO proud of you!!! Way to go girl!!!!!! I'm thrilled to hear you're feeling good and things are going so well! Gliders are fantastic for the knees because they don't really put a lot of strain on them...you wouldn't realize this until you get on one....I'm so glad your knees are doing well...you're doing awesome!!!
Speaking of gliders....you would have been on the floor in stitches with laughter this morning if you had been a fly on the wall watching me on mine.......Guess what?!?!?!? I had a blow out on my glider this morning!!! I had 6 minutes left and the back of the one of the foot pieces came un-done while I was running along and during the motion of moving my foot forward it just about came up and over and hit my head!!!! LOL!!! Yeah as you can tell I'm pretty intense when I'm on that thing...needless to say I think I need a crash helmet from now on!! LOL!!!!
Anyway, my hubby works from his office in our home so I asked him if he would be so sweet to have it fixed by the time I get home...I got 6 minutes left!!!!! LOL!
Absolutely I'm totally into a glider challenge......thank you for the invitation! I love my glider despite the fact I could have been put into a coma this morning .....JJK!!!! All joking aside...they're really safe...this is the 2nd glider (I wore out the first one) and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened...they are AWESOME!
So for sure, sign me up girl!!!! As mentioned before, I was running (as of last week) 1:05 hr 6 days a week but have reduced it to 35 minutes 6 days a week because I've incorporated some other things into my workout routine but you've got me in on the challenge that's for sure!!!
